promos are OVER.
dont think i did very well but i wouldnt've done any better since i wouldnt've started earlier.. haha chem was a lot easier than expected! but it doesnt mean ill ace it. it jsut means, that i may actually PASS. oh dear..
anyhow, ive got 1 week of HOLIDAYS! while you people (non 07 classes and non rafflesians who havent finished ur promos) slog away infront of your books, i will be in town shopping shopping shopping and more shopping!
and im all prepared alr! ive done my hair nails and face HAHA (:
a little post exam pampering!
yeah but i still think i look like shit since my pimples are STILL THERE ): exams = breakouts.
sighhhhhhh AND the lady who did my hair scrwed it up? thankfully it wont last cs she just blow-dried it in a really weird way.. i look like a cutesy jap girl EW. mum thinks its nice though..right. funny how shes always trying to comfort me when my hair really looks like shit. even when it was really DAMN bad last yr..
anyhow, weiqi is coming over later!
ahah shes not feeling very cheery today either.. so im guessing both of us can cheer each other up! (: mum cookd dinner for us too! and the hse is gna be EMPTY cs the family is out watching forbidden city.. (i've watchd it alr,t hey are watchg it cs i said it wasnt bad!)

every morning, i start my day with 4 words 'fuck lah, so ugly'
ive been getting from ugly to uglier to.. hell i hope im alr on ugliest, then i can only go up from there. sigh, somebody has been getting a pimple outbreak for no apparent reason. am i stressed? no. do i have good hygiene habits? YES.

in anycase, i went for some retail therapy after studyign at starbucks today
got MAKE UP for the very ugly face. hopefully itll work..
and i went LINGERIE SHOPPING (:
alwayys helps haha
tried out topshop today. hell, they have nice stuff!
i spent my whole 15 min in topshop at that one section. no doubt, i was more than fascinated haha and this guy was staring at me for liek 2/3 of the time. and no i didnt have 'OMG SO NICE' written all over my face.

i only had 1 hr of retail therapy! but it worked wonders for the night. ahha i haev MILLIONS of things to buy and only so much cash and so much timeeeee. shit
AFTER EXAMS, im so going and a FULL DAY shopping spree.
cj starts their promos tmr, i thought rj was the earliest to start.

today was probably one of my MOST unglam days in rj
horrible hair, glasses that are obviously too big for me, my big bag, gp essay.. OMG
damn disgusting
thank god its OVER. never ever want to see myself live another day like that again. haha seriously!
but hell, i have a tendency to sink to such levels.. so.. sigh

break was intense.
had to juggle pw with the essay i was due to hand in..
candera freaked out when she couldnt d/l her essay from hotmail, scaring me int he process so i freaked out too. BRILLIANT.

argh, in conclusion, today was just a very ugly day.

with pw deadlines, revision worksheets and tutorials piling up, the pressure's definitely there. but please be comforted in the knowledge that all this is only temporary and there are 3 months of (almost) complete freedom with our name on it. today's news was shocking and duh it made me feel some sort of loss and fear.

we'll pull through promos together,

keep our subjects AND h3s.

in any case, today was probably more productive than the other days,
studied in the library with mich and candera..
completed my assignment!
it was my first assignment done by myself ahha usu i get my tutor to help me u see, cs i wouldnt be able to figure anything out otherwise..yeah im quite stupid, i know. SHUSH
as of now, i still have PW (thank god its almost done), GP ESSAY, ECONS DRQ/CASE STUDY to do before i slp.
and its alr 11. BRILLIANT. there goes my night.

got KAHLUA LATTE ice cream from island creamery! its HEAVEN i tell you!
mum went to serene center to get some movies for the family so i decided to get ice cream! i was like DAMN tempted to get the tiger sorbet but i decided to wait for my brother to return from his holiday before i buy it.. haha he shouldnt miss out!
but hell, he already has. KAHLUA LATTE is THE BOMB.
its only been in the fridge for one night and its 1/2 gone. dad's taken a few scoops and ive done 2. ahha itll be gone by tmr, i swear! even though i prob wont be home till evening.

watchd 'mistress of spices' over dinner.
its the lamest movie ever, thank god i didnt waste 10 dollars on it! there was no timing haha i ended up with 're-cycle' instead.. wasnt any better. that was prob the only horror film that actually made me laugh when i saw the "ghost". haha!
'mistress of spices' was basically like. OMG THE SPICES HAVE MAGIC AND IM BOUND TO THEM FOR LIFE.... but what about. TUCK?
yeah that just about sums up the show. ahha unless you wanna know about how tradition can strangle you.. then theres LOADS more to it.

its 240 in the morning now. im doing gwee's hw cs im guessin theres gp tmr. shittt tmr is gna suck. SO MANY LIT LESSONS. and more than 1 hr of P. i will DIE. i should be in BED but im up doing an AQ. sigh. il stop complaing and get on with work then.

somehow jc isnt that charming anymore. all the lectures and tutorials..they get so damn stale after 1 year. its prob damn weird but i swear i miss wu bao. i mean, you dont get teachers like her in jc.
its like, suddenly after nearly 10 years, i dont have my best friend with me anymore, i dont have my clique with me anymore. hell, we have 2 people in aus lah. and it seriously sucks to know that its gonna be 923842934207928 years before we can all be at the same place, at the same time again. AND the clique isnt really a clique anymore. sure we have everything in common then, but now its like..'yeah i know you, but who the hell ARE you?' we're like so fuckin different now it amazes me.
somehow, i think rg and ri got it good. i mean, EVERYONE goes to the same jc. its the same people all over again. you dont have to go through a 180 deg change in env when you move from sec sch to jc. sn and rj is just like, worlds apart? sn and nj is prob as close as its gonna get for me.

just now, this fly (those small kinds) fell on my paper..
i tried to like, pick it up but i was a bit scared to use the tissue (not to mention lazy to walk over to the end of the room to get it)
so i tried using a piece of rough paper! NOTE TO SELF: NEVER DO THAT AGAIN
the result was damn gross
the fly was flattened, smeared and i had a wing on the table, which totally freaked me out

hed prob look better tanned. but that guy thinks that white suits him cs hes not very tall. apparently being short and black isnt a good thing. hm okay.. i never really understood that. but yeah..apparently.. you must be tall to be black (dark) to be handsome. (tall +dark + handsome)
that just ruled out 3/4 of sg's populatn of guys.. haha oh well.
yeah anw, after convincing him that he really didnt fit into that top 25%, he went for cute which means 'ugly but adorable'. sigh.. so i told him to go for adorable.

i have decided that i am going to study. this week shall henceforth be termed "mugfest"
hm okay its only called that becs i have no choice. im too far behind and since im no longer gg out on wed.. the next time i actually leave the house for smth other than study/school/gym, will be like sat.. when i go for that bbq at shinna's

at least sept is coming to an end.. papers are coming but so are the holidays!

finally got my allowance today. did a bit of accounting.. i SO OVERSPENT. heaven knows how/why. i think im spluring my cash on cabs cs i didnt really shop last month.. shit? i spent ALL of my allowance and a lot more. die lah.. when i reviewd my accounts for the past few months.. omg i save a negative digit every month. thank god i took out the bulk of my savings and put it into the bank.. otherwise.. haha oops, i wouldve spent 2 yrs worth of allowance in 1 yr.
nvm..this month. i will save a POSITIVE DIGIT. 3 digits! serious! (:

and seriously, its wholly hygenic to use it.
see poop that comes from our body is only disgusting because we deem it to be. it is NOT infected with bacteria and all (i think.. since urine isnt) and it contains er waste products from our body. hence, eating these waste products will filter it once more before it comes out again. a whole new meaning to saving and recycling!

and upon further surfing on uncyclopedia.. i found an article on POODLES.
apparently, they are considered as one of the 'most intelligent dogs' whose brilliance is usually being undermined by their owners, who generally happen to be the 'most stupid' people alive, the defination of which is 'people who look like poodles usually, dress them like idiots and give them (the dogs) odd and degrading haircuts'

past few days were.. tiring!
after the bbq at wangs on friday night, i came home to rush pw and econs! managed to get both done but it was like 5 plus when i slpt. javine was still awake! actually, she napped then woke up to get pw done. yeah anw, cs of pw, i had a super hysterical morning on sat, was one hour late for econs and looked like the ghost from christmas hell
went out with aaron, kev and weiqi after that.
aaron and i missed weiqi's humping on ihump! sigh haha i really wanted to go! she was working there again today but i couldnt go so..
we caught 'the devil wears prada'.. SUPER GLAM SHOW. LOVED IT! haha the clothes were TO DIE FOR haha i just realised that really high heels make you look so damnnn good! i shall go get some once i get my allowance! (dad conveniently forgot.. i shall demand for it latr.. ahha) and anne hathaway is so pretty! i had a sudden realisatn (during the movie) that she had damnn full lips! red looked so damnn good on em!

the guys left after that so weiqi and i had a girls night! loads of fun! we had cake at coffee bean before making our way down to thomson for PRATAA! its always the guys who go for late night pratas ahah we are gg to have more prata-ing, later at night from now on. anw crashed aarons hse after that for a bit before gg home.
today was so boring it wasnt worth mentioning haha
