work was DAMN productive today.
i did so much! and very efficiently too! save for the 15 min thing with the stupid photocopiers. i swear, photocopiers DO NOT like me AT ALL. the ones in school ALWAYS give me hell so that became my most frequently visited place during my 1st month at rj. they either JAM on me or find some other way to piss me off. anyway, the photocopier was a bitch today. i couldnt use the top shit to photocopy 30 pieces of paper (1-sided) so i had to do it MANUALLY. (ie. copy, flip, copy, flip) WHATEVER HAPPENED TO TECHNOLOGY? and when i decided to heck trying to work the machine, i couldnt photocopy! it just didnt work! somehow 'load paper' didnt mean anything to me. i thought i spoilt the machine after meddling with all those buttons! 15 min later, i realised i didnt LOAD the paper. no paper = no photocopying.

apart from that.. everything went well!
heard my dad get so mad over the phone.. a bit intimidating. i think i would be cowering under the table if he talked to me like that! OR i could decide to be brave and er argue. hm. na hahaha
yeah im damn chicken. BIG DEAL. okay maybe big deal. no? yes? hahahaha i dont know. and im bored.

by far, today was probably the MOST productive day of my entire holiday

i went to WORK. at my dad's office
i seriously expected it to be superr slack or sth! just like the last time (he paid me to idle time away)
today, i was working NON STOP from 9 to4! OH MY GOD.
doing what?
FILING.
and i swear, i really HATE FILING.
hated it to begin with!
the moment i entered the office, he takes this HUGE stack of invoices and tells me to FILE em.
my aunt, laughed!
cs it really was HUGE.
my face changed, things wouldnt be a walk in the park!

anw the filing process is just lame.

1. tear off the first 2 sheets of paper, put them in the envelope, stick the stamp on, mail.
2. separate the green, red and blue invoices
3. arrange them as such
a) red: running invoice numbers
b) green: descending invoice numbers
c) blue: alphabetical order (according to client's name) even though it wasnt specified, thank god i went the extra mile by arranging em in running invoice no. as well.

OH MY GOD. i died! ( i know im whiney )

and from time to time, people would run over to ask me to dig out invoice number 9031094304 or ALL the blue sheets for XYXYXYYXYX company.
i had no idea my dad had so many clients!

i was basically damn bored. and kevin droppd by!
he calld at 230 and said he was on his way (we had to go for a job interview by 5)
so i was like 'SHIT, die'
SO i rushed! and developd a new system that helpd me do the individual filing A LOT faster. haha yay
thankfully i finished it just when he came! (i lookd superrr unglam while filing)
and. NOTE TO SELF: do not wear heels in the office, esp when filing is involved!
i had to keep walking up front to CARRY to stupid files to the table to file and they were so heavy my back started to hurt AGAIN.

we went for the job interview! wasnt really an interview since no one asked us qns and basically everyone got the job. i think the pay is PATHETIC. and now that kevin misses dyanna, we may not take the job! which is perfectly fine with me becs the pay was PATHETIC.
you work for 4 days, 20 dollars base pay for each day and 20 dollars commission for one item sold (im guessing they mean the big items)
PATHETIC.

we called another guy, fixed an interview for tomorrow!

5. realise that it CONS YOU because it leaves a layer of heaven knows wht on ur skin to deceive you into believing you have smooth skin!
6. use THE BODY SHOP RASPBERRY DAILY EXFOLIATING SCRUB. rinse
7. get smart
8. use CRABTREE AND EVELYN GLOVE SCRUBBER (or whatever you call those things)
9. SCRUB LIKE YOU'VE NEVER SCRUBBED BEFORE
10. rinse with DOVE BODY SOAP

and VOILA! no more medicinal shit on your back!
but the skin becomes supppper painful from all the scrubbing!

yeah and clumsy me split some sinseh oil on my dresser and carpet. its not as though the WHITE carpet does not have enough INK stains. (i dont even know how they get there! i think i drop my pens very often..) now i have more disgusting DARK GREEN. SEWAGE GREEN. dots on it!

okay i stink too.. i have A LOT of oil on my back. and surprise surprise.. i split the oil because i tried to ACT SMART. i thought i could like use my palm to cover the bottle openg as i move it ard my palm! this way, i'd get just enough oil on my hand. omg i didnt knw nth would come out that way!
so i lifted the already inverted oil bottle and......
yeah. DAMN. :(

i was SUPPOSED to pick mel up BUT clare and i forgot to ask for the flight details. see, we thought all flights from melbourne would arrive in the same terminal. (heaven knows how we came up with that theory..) SO. when we saw flights arriving from melbourne in BOTH T1 and T2, we had to make a choice!
evidently, we made the wrong one.
mel arrived in T2, not T1.
so we spent DAMN LONG waiting for the mel who would never walk outta gate 17. BRILLIANT.
